As Apple & Samsung declined, Huawei's smartphone shipments exploded in 2018

A total of 1.4 billion smartphones were shipped in 2018, down 4.1% versus 2017's numbers. Samsung and Apple continued in first and second place, despite big declines, while Huawei, which saw huge growth, followed in third.
