On Friday, Qualcomm CEO Steve Mollenkopf took the stand to justify's Qualcomm's "no license, no chips" policy during the FTC v. Qualcomm trial. The executive said that the license is required since buying a chip alone doesn't cover all of the company's IP used by a phone manufacturer."
