Can you remember which manufacturer made a phone with a 21:9 display before Sony?

Sony is equipping three of its four 2019 handsets (Xperia XZ4, Xperia 10, Xperia 10 Plus) with displays featuring an aspect ratio of 21:9. They are not the first handsets to feature side a tall and thin display.
