Consumer Reports names the smartphone it currently ranks at the top

Consumer Reports says that the Samsung Galaxy S10+ is the best smartphone you can buy, followed by the Apple iPhone XS Max and iPhone XS. However, only Apple and OnePlus received excellent ratings for both reliability and user satisfaction.
