Samsung's new wireless Bluetooth Galaxy Buds were send out to those who pre-ordered one of the new phones in Galaxy S10 line, until Samsung ran out of stock. If a Galaxy Buds user loses the tips or rings for the accessory, the only place to get a replacement is from Samsung Support.
