Samsung leaves feature off of the Galaxy S10e to keep the price down

The Samsung Galaxy S10e does not have the heart rate monitor feature found on the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+. There are third party apps in the Google Play Store that will track your heart rate, or you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 for under $34.
