Xiaomi's budget phones could soon gain in-display fingerprint scanners

Xiaomi's cheapest smartphones could start including in-display fingerprint scanners in early 2020. The news comes as a result of a recent breakthrough which allows the sensors to work with cheaper LCD displays.
