Report says that the DOJ will approve the T-Mobile-Sprint deal with one crazy condition

The Justice Department is reportedly set to vote against the $26.5 billion T-Mobile-Sprint merger unless the two carriers can help spin off a new wireless provider that would be considered a fourth major U.S. wireless carrier.
