What's dual-frequency GPS and does my phone have it? Accuracy test on OnePlus 7 Pro vs S10+

Is dual-frequency GNSS indeed more accurate? We pit the OnePlus 7 Pro, Mate 30 Pro, Oppo Reno 10x Zoom, and Honor 20 Pro that have dual-frequency GPS enabled, against the Galaxy S10+, LG G8, and the Pixel 3, which do not.
