S&P says U.S. tech firms could wind up as collateral damage in Huawei ban

U.S. credit ratings agency S&P says that the U.S. ban on Huawei could backfire and negatively impact growth in the U.S. Tech industry. Companies like Google, Qualcomm, Intel, and Micron are going to lose business from Huawei as the company learns to be self-sufficient.
