U.S. might spend up to $1 billion to make U.S. networks 100% Huawei-free

New FCC Commissioner Geoffrey Starks says in an interview that rural carriers with networks containing Huawei equipment might need to perform a "rip and replace" in order to make the U.S. wireless system risk free.
