TSMC confirms that its 3nm chips won't ship until the first quarter of 2023

TSMC has confirmed that it will start commercial shipments of chips produced using its N3 process node during the first quarter of 2023. The first iPhone powered by a 3nm chip will be the iPhone 15 series.
