Apple will design and TSMC will build 4nm 5G modem chip for 2023 iPhone line

A report from the Nikkei news agency says that Apple will use its own 5G modem chip in 2023 with the iPhone 15 line. The company seeks to lessen its reliance on Qualcomm.
